Key Responsibilities:
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory.
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory.
- Prepare questions to learn about the customer and understand if an opportunity exists during the discovery meeting. Product knowledge will provide possible solutions to recommend.
- Understand and effectively deliver quotes articulating our products.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy.
- Attend networking opportunities.
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
- Client follow-up and consistent communication with customers.
- Single point of contact to get the job done and exceed customer's expectations.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in Sales, Customer Service or other related field with strong interest in impacting customer solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
- Detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills are required.
- Ability to think on your feet in conversation and ask or answer questions with ease.
- Relevant knowledge of the sign industry is preferred.
