Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Opportunities: Build strong relationships with customers, provide technical information and explanations, and prepare quotations to drive sales revenue growth.
- Closing New Accounts: Respond to customer inquiries, verify and enter information, and close new accounts to expand our customer base.
- Fulfilling Orders: Transfer orders to fulfillment, create purchase orders, communicate expected delivery dates, and explain stock-outs to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Account Development: Analyze customer buying history, suggest related and new items, and explain technical features to develop and grow customer accounts.
- Quality Improvement: Follow established standards and recommend improved policies and procedures to maintain and improve quality results.
- Product Demonstrations: Participate in product demonstrations at customer locations to showcase our products and services.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as necessary to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: High school education or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and data entry skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle the physical demands of product demos, including loading and unloading materials.
