Salary: $65k - $70k
Employment Includes: Free medical, dental and vision after your first 90 days 80 hours of paid vacation, 12 paid holiday's and 80 hours of sick pay as well
Job Summary
Supervises Human Resources functions, programs, policies and practices for field and corporate operations to ensure consistent company- wide personnel administration, and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations related to employee/employer relationship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides direct support to field regional managers and leadership team to strengthen capabilities including on- boarding processes.
• Attends weekly regional manager meetings to provide Human Resource updates and support field operations.
• Manages and responds to the hiring needs by recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Assists in the preparation and completion of job descriptions, reviews and salary adjustments.
• Processes all new hire and termination paperwork. Completes new hire packets and conducts new employee orientation.
• Responsible for all health benefit enrollment materials including 401K, COBRA notifications, workers compensations claims and audit reports.
• Maintains all personnel files including I-9’s
• Drives action planning to engage leadership on core Human Resources processes, performance evaluations, training and risk management.
• Provides support for employee relations escalation issues that require Human Resource expertise and input to address legal concerns.
• Provides expertise on special projects and initiatives such as policy revisions, job description updates, and performance management issues.
• Helps maintain positive employee relations environment and supports company policies with resolution of employee relations issues.
• Focuses on ensuring value added perception of the HR function by responding quickly to HR issues.
• Serves as back-up to Payroll Specialist when necessary.
