Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the dealership.
  • Answer customers' questions regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Cross-sell products to enhance the customer's experience and satisfaction.
  • Ensure that product racks are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Manage merchandise returns efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
  • Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers.
  • Provide feedback to the Store Manager regarding customer interactions and preferences.
  • Stay updated on new products and services offered by the dealership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.
  • Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles.
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to various shifts.
  • High school diploma required; BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus.
