**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated Territory Representative to join our team. As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in your assigned territory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

**Compensation Plan**:

- 30K base salary plus uncapped commissions and cash bonus incentives
- 1st year on-target earnings of $66K-100K+
