Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in selling signage or related products/services. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our signage solutions in the markets we service.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients within assigned territory through cold calling/door knocking, networking, and other lead generation activities.

2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to understand their signage needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.

3. Conduct Consultative Sales Presentations: Present our range of signage products and services to prospective clients in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting the value proposition and unique features of our offerings.

4. Negotiate and Close Sales: Work closely with clients to address any objections, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to secure new business opportunities.

5. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to project completion.

6. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure that client requirements are communicated effectively, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

7. Stay Up to Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of developments in the signage industry, including emerging technologies, design trends, and competitive offerings, to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the signage industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach to sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Degree requirements may be waived with sufficient experience in a customer facing, commissions paying sales experience in a like industry
