Job Summary: The Staffing Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the staffing needs of our organization. The primary responsibilities will include making a high volume of outbound calls and texts, prescreening job candidates, scheduling job counseling sessions and assisting with various office tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Answer phones courteously and assist callers
  • Proactively source qualified candidates from ATS and external job boards
  • Reach out, screen, and schedule appointments with potential candidates
  • Meet minimum outbound recruiting call and text requirements
  • Conduct initial onboarding and ensure all forms are filled out properly and completely
  • Conduct drug screens
  • Work closely with Front Office Onboarding Coordinator to help ensure efficient candidate experience
  • Additional responsibilities assigned.

Requirements: 

 

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Outstanding personality both over the phone and in person to provide top notch customer service 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Exceptional organizational skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands & Work Environment:  

This job will operate in a professional office environment and will routinely use standard office equipment. Sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling, feeling, and reaching are frequently required of this job.
