Assistant Clinical Manager:

Authentic Behavior Solutions, LLC (ABS) is a provider of evidence-based ABA services in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. The Assistant Clinical Manager works to support to the Clinical Manager (BCBA), observes and directs the delivery of ABA Treatment and program implementation across home, center, community and school settings, supervises Technicians and provides parent/caregiver training.

Pay: $28-34 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Day shift

Service Area: Inland Empire: San Bernardino and Riverside Counties

 

Job Description:

  • Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Write and/or update progress reports and FBAs (analyze collected data to help determine the function of problem behaviors and the progress of skill implementation)
  • Manually and digitally graph and analyze graphed data, add phase change lines, create and read trendlines, and hypothesize future trends in data
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
  • Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior technicians) and travel between regionalized clients
  • Train behavior technicians under the Applied Behavior Analysis discipline- Ensure that the delivery of ABA treatment is consistent with the goals and objectives outline in the ABA treatment
  • Provide monthly training to clients' caregivers
  • Provide temporary direct, one-on-one services to client who are not yet assigned to a behavior technician
  • Ensure the client is making progress and responding appropriately to ABA Treatment
  • Follow our own data collection system
  • Check sessions´ report to ensure that time, date, clinical information, signature, client's representative signature, quick lessons, measurements of the virtual/printed materials are correct
  • Report on a weekly basis to BCBA

  • Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols and written.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing, grooming, hair, and make-up.
  • Pass criminal background

 

Basic and Physical Requirements:

  • Must be physically fit and able to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able lift (up to 50lbs) and carry clients when needed; may include use of adaptive equipment
  • Provide crisis intervention (as needed and with proper training)

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • Master`s Degree (preferably in the related field), BCaBA Certification or Enrollment in ABA program
  • Must have at least two years experience providing ABA intervention services
  • Ability to analyze clinical information to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the different members of the team
  • Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff
  • Willing and committed to work with individuals of special needs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion pertaining to the work environment
  • Frequent proofreading and checking documents for accuracy
  • Be compassionate and understanding
  • Ability to provide in-person and Telehealth services and supervision throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
  • The People & Performance department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable federal, State and local laws
  • Must have valid California Driver's License. Maintain a clean driving record. Show proof of auto insurance
  • Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation's as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies
  • Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
  • Must attend all ABS required trainings

Salary: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
