Schedule: 8:30am – 5:30pm M-F

Salary: $22 / Hourly

OrthoFeet is a growing company of comfort and orthopedic footwear, seeking to hire a talented Customer Service Representative. Call Center/Customer Service position available at a fast-paced call center for a wholesale Footwear manufacturer in Northern Bergen County. Duties include inbound calls; advising customers regarding product recommendations and order/return status; email correspondence to answer customer inquiries; order taking.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong written and verbal skills a must as well as the ability to multi-task.

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and talent for learning new things quickly.
