With the flexibility of a fully-remote position, you'll be part of our talented team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Alongside the Digital Development, Digital Marketing, Creative and Account Service teams, you'll manage and deliver our projects' digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements. Your work will directly impact our ability to innovate and provide exceptional service to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

  • End-to-end project management: Lead the end-to-end project management process, ensuring our digital projects are delivered on time and exceed quality standards.
  • Resource coordination and communication: Coordinate project timing and resource allocation in regular communication with the Traffic Manager, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Team collaboration and implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects, ensuring all team members are aligned with delegated tasks.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks or malfunctions early on and take proactive measures to resolve issues, maintaining project integrity.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation: Seek opportunities for improvement within projects and suggest new initiatives to enhance overall performance and innovation.

Industry Research, Reporting & Operations:

  • Industry knowledge: Stays current with industry trends and applies relevant knowledge to projects and assignments.
  • Project documentation: Develops detailed schedules, reports, and communications for assigned projects as needed.
  • Collaboration with leadership: Collaborates closely with the Director of Digital Development to ensure timely and appropriate handling of essential tasks for various digital projects.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience / Skills:

  • Proven work experience: 3-5 years of experience as a digital project manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects.
  • Project methodologies: Solid experience with the software development life cycle, utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Shortcut, Asana) and familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS.
  • Design and UX knowledge: Understanding of web design principles, user experience, and potentially product strategy, with the ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
  • Business applications expertise: Proficient in business applications, such as G Suite or Microsoft applications, providing a solid technical background for project execution.
  • Agency and/or startup experience is a plus but not required.
