Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is Perfect Pools, Scouts Honor. Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, verify pool equipment is 100% functional. What Our Technicians Do
  • Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
  • Cleaning debris from pool
  • Vacuum & skim the pool, brushing where needed
  • Brushing tile at waterline
  • Ensure a clean pool deck
  • Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs
  • Checking pool equipment and water level
  • Some heavy lifting
  • Blow pool decking and equipment area
  • Reporting any pool issues with pool or pump to management
  • Provide best in class customer service
  • Inspect and Maintain equipment in good working order
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle in a clean and organized manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Hard-working with a can-do attitude
  • Reliable and demonstrate initiative
  • Knowledgeable of pool chemicals and mechanical operations
  • Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
  • Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
  • Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
  • Valid Florida drivers license without restrictions (company vehicle provided)
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, should be available to work 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.
  • A Smile - You're the Face of the Company
As a Lead Technician, in addition to all of the above. the successful candidate is expected to train and assist in hiring new technicians, provide regular "Technical Tips" for the team, assist with route scheduling, answering phone calls, ordering and picking up supplies, and ensuring our customers consistently are getting great service. Other duties as needed. (Minimum 3 years' experience required)

Previous pool experience required. CPO Certification preferred. Mechanically inclined helpful. We actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans.
