Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose pool leaks
- Develop and implement effective repair plans to resolve leaks
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry advancements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, such as sales, customer service, or repair
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to swim and remain underwater for extended periods
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous labor in various environmental conditions
- Experience with power tools and mechanical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical aptitude and comfort with technology
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
