At Sinclair Tractor, we pride ourselves on being the destination in Southeast Iowa for agricultural equipment, precision farming, agronomic decision support, NAPA parts and supplies. With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a Supply Store, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team.
Purpose:
Oversee the Paperwork flow through the Washington Location. Ensure that all Accounting Processes are being followed. Coordinate the activities of assigned Sales Professionals and Location Personnel to maximize customer satisfaction, company profitability and efficiency. Help your assigned sales professionals either follow the processes or get their deals into process compliance.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Own cash management at the location
- Own the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Process at the location
- Provides administrative support to the Location Management Team
- Ensures equipment information in Equip and dealership website (MFPro) is accurate and timely updated
- Prepare and attach stock unit number tags
- Coordinates internal transfers of new equipment between dealership locations
- Coordinates the set-up process for stock equipment with the Service Department
- Participates in internal and external inventory audits to verify inventory records are accurate
- Communicates regularly with other departments on sales deals, attachments, and inventory activities
- Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events
- Verifies the completeness and accuracy of sales information such as customer information, equipment quantity, amounts and payoff information needed for settlements
- Loads and/or verifies retail note and used equipment floor plan and payoff information is added on the settlement
- Provides administrative support to the sales team

- Must be self-motivated, dependable and energetic
- Ability to be team oriented, flexible and have effective communication skills
Working Conditions & Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Travel as needed
- Office, workshop, and outside setting
