Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiation Expertise: Secure advantageous deals for gear sales, both through our online marketplace and direct client negotiations, demonstrating exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
  2. Internal & External Communication: Champion clear, concise, and professional communication in all interactions, both internally with colleagues and externally with clients and partners.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
  4. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the AV industry. Understand their needs and present tailored AV solutions that align with our offerings.
  5. Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Track and manage sales activities using CRM software.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the AV space. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and initiatives. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  8. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to management.
  9. Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to ensure our AV solutions meet market needs.


What we are looking for:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of successful experience in sales or business development, preferably within the B2B or online marketplace sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and demonstrating consistent revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to achieving objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable working with market research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.
