Accertify is growing, and we are looking to add a Delivery Manager to our global fraud-fighting team.
As a Delivery Manager at Accertify, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of our software solutions while embodying the dual responsibilities of Product Owner and Scrum Master. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our Product Managers to define and prioritize the product backlog based on client requirements, business value, and strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather and refine product requirements to ensure readiness.
- Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent, and understood by all team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in Program Increment (PI, Quarterly) planning and sprint planning sessions to align priorities and dependencies.
- Accept user stories and provide timely feedback to development teams during sprint reviews.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams in Scrum practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and escalate issues that require external resolution to ensure team productivity.
- Track and communicate dependencies and team progress using Agile metrics and tools, promoting accountability and visibility.
- Champion Agile principles and practices across the organization, driving adoption and maturity of Agile methodologies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the release train's stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with our software solutions.
- Regularly meet with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and proactively address any concerns.
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Define and implement service delivery processes and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, and/or Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and experience in Agile project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and relationships concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
