Position Overview:

The IT Business Analyst will support the evolving needs of the company’s Finance & HR organizations. This role involves working closely with Finance, HR, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and drive them to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements.
  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and upgrading of ERP systems such as NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Great Plains.
  • Utilize SDLC and project management principles to manage and complete projects.
  • Take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and ensure successful completion.
  • Utilize SQL and HR systems experience as necessary to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience implementing, enhancing, supporting, and/or upgrading ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Great Plains).
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and project management principles.
  • Strong organizational and motivational skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Preferred SQL experience and working experience in an HR system.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst in IT.
