Responsibilities

Manage team of CSRs, responsible for Client Support: Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processing in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and accurate information regarding their insurance coverage.

Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and escalations promptly, finding solutions that meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy updates, and service requests.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and coordinated support.


Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance customer service or a related field.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions in a professional manner.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and policy documentation.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold confidentiality in all client interactions.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
