Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. In this permanent role, you will oversee cases from inception to resolution, playing a crucial role in the legal processes of our clients. If you are passionate about law, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing complex litigation, this position is designed for you. You will work collaboratively with our team of attorneys and partners to provide outstanding legal representation.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
  • Active bar admission with a clean record.
  • 1-5 years of experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents and responding to motions.
  • Knowledge of court procedures and practices.
  • Proven track record in managing complex litigation cases.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in legal practice.
  • Ability to provide examples of previous litigation work during the application process.
