Position Summary:

We are currently looking for part-time or full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Home Health Aides (HHA) to offer in-home care services to our clients. Our client-centric approach aims to provide the highest quality of care in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client care in accordance with the established Plan of Care
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
  • Adhere to infection control protocols
  • Safeguard client privacy and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or completion of a DE CNA program
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Physical capability and completion of 2 Step PPD
  • Able to lift, position, and transfer patients
  • Experience with Hoyer lift operation
  • Compassionate, respectful, dedicated to excellence, and possessing a positive attitude
