Position Overview: The Senior Director of Strategy will be responsible for leading and executing the company's strategic planning process. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the strategic planning process, including setting long-term goals and identifying key initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute corporate strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance and address emerging challenges.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of strategy professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior management, and external partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development and execution, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven experience in leading strategic projects and driving organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive forces.
