What is Mortgage Protection Insurance?

Mortgage protection insurance is an affordable term or whole life insurance policy designed for homeowners. With up to $2 million in coverage, homeowners can get a flexible, affordable policy delivered to their inbox in less than 10 minutes. They can choose how long they need coverage and find a rate that fits their budget. This type of life insurance ensures that a family stays in their home in the event of death or significant loss of income due to heart attack, stroke, cancer, or disability. No medical exam required for our clients and customers apply in minutes online or with the help of a licensed Quility agent. Rates are as low as $20/month and up to $2 million in coverage that can last until the mortgage is paid off. When customers purchase mortgage protection insurance with Simple Solutions Financial Services — either online or with the support of our licensed agents — they are choosing peace of mind, knowing that mortgage payments wouldn’t burden their loved ones if they pass away or face income loss due to a critical illness or disability. 

How do we support our agents?

At Simple Solution Financial Services, we offer one-on-one mentorship.

We have weekly training calls and webinars.

We offer local, regional, and national training events. We manage our business remotely. We offer different leadership development Programs such as Agency Owner Academy, Thrive, and Connect.

Preferred Client Services (PCS) supports our agency with highly trained advanced markets certified agents who continually add value to clients’ lives by driving an ongoing client engagement to forge long lasting relationships. PCS continues the communication with the customers and split the commission with the originating agent to create a massive, passive income for the original agent. Agents manage their business remotely from pre to post sale with centralized data and insights. We automate business to maximize efficiency and close more leads. Quotes are generated in real-time to find tailored solutions for clients. We develop and manage leads with direct-to-consumer options. Ongoing education and leadership development with Quility U and Summit learning systems.

Leads are available to every agent. We offer an omnichannel marketing lead department that generates 15,000 new leads (families requesting help) every week with over 1.2 million leads in our inventory database. Our goal is to allow agents to spend less time prospecting by cold calling, talking to family and friends, and door knocking, AND spend more time helping families that requested help.

With our exclusive switchboard software, agents receive automated lead syncing, automated lead nurturing, multi-channel communication, and funnels for FREE. Switchboard communicate with potential customers via emails, text messages, and phone calls on the agent behalf to help agents maximize their time effectively and efficiently. Agents spend less time on the phones trying to obtain clients and spend more time in front of families that want our services. Our agents work alongside switchboard as they increase their productivity.

Services Provided

Simple Solution Financial Service is a life insurance broker company that partnered with over 80 Top Insurance carriers. We offer the following services:

Life Insurance: Mortgage Protection insurance, Term Life, Universal Life, Indexed Universal Life, and Whole Life, Final Expense Accidental, Wealth/Investments, Debt Free Life, Annuities. Agents that obtain their health license can offer Disability, Critical Illness, Medicare Supplement, Longterm Care, and Dental.

Responsibilities

· Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on products.

· Prepare engaging presentations to deliver necessary information to your clients.

· Assist clients in applying for appropriate coverage and support them throughout the underwriting process.

· Successfully follow up on pending business requirements.

· Participate in training and one-on-one mentorship program aimed at teaching you our step-by-step sales systems.

· Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members.

· Participate in professional development opportunities such as in-person national conferences and local opportunities when available.

Qualifications

· Must currently hold a Life Insurance License in your home state or be willing to obtain

one. We are more than happy to assist in the process if you do not currently have one.

· Must have consistent access to a computer with internet access.

· Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A strong passion for working with and helping others.

· Qualified candidates will have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. They will be self-starters with a growth mindset and integrity.

· Successful leaders within our company are coachable, willing to learn the system, and can process and apply changes based on feedback.

· You’ll succeed if you have a commitment to ongoing self-improvement.

No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
