- HR Reporting/Maintenance
- Anniversary/birthday reports monthly.
- Monthly temporary worker hours report.
- Retention bonus tracking (both temps and full time).
- Monitoring benefits enrollment.
- New Hires
- Creating and sending offer letters.
- Scheduling pre-employment background, health and audio screenings.
- Completing and uploading new hire paperwork and hiring employees in ADP.
- Safety Training
- Schedule trainings with Quality and Safety teams.
- Work with supervisors to understand their temporary employee needs.
- Work with Imagine Staffing for placements.
- HR portion of safety training and plant tour is possible.
- Miscellaneous
- Completing verifications of employment.
- Completion of disability, PFL and Comp forms.
- Scanning of personnel paperwork into NAV.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of direct HR experience.
- Knowledge of general HR laws, rules and regulations.
- ADP knowledge preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience.
