Customer Service & Operations Coordinator – What You Will Do
You will support the customers and team of technicians.
- Respond to customer inquiries received via phone call, email and text message inbox, to schedule appointments with the customer and technician, provide explanations and timelines to customers for what they can expect, schedule service appointments and estimates
- Communicate with technicians about the status of customer orders in process and completed orders
- Provide customer service and support to customers reporting concerns
- Support the office with ad-hoc projects that keep the operations running smoothly

Customer Service & Operations Coordinator – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit
You have:
- Comfort with supporting the in office and field team needs, answering the phone, logistics and whatever else is necessary, without ego – you are working in a closely held company where priorities may shift, everyone wears a lot of hats and flexibility and teamwork is needed
- Excellent organizational skills. You pride yourself on your high attention to detail
- You are reliable – you are the “go to” when things need to get done or someone needs to come through
- Ability to work in office daily in Vacaville, California (schedule is set from 7am – 4pm, Monday through Friday)
Customer Service & Operations Coordinator – You Might Have:
- Desire to grow your career – this role provides a pathway to Office Manager/Customer Team leader to oversee others as we grow
- Prior experience working in a service industry, light industrial or technician based industry (ie: auto dealership, jewelry store, pest control, solar, HVAC, plumbing)
You will work in the office daily in office in Vacaville, California.
Customer Service & Operations Coordinator – Benefits for You
Compensation $32 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, including overtime for hours worked over 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
You will be provided with company-sponsored Kaiser medical insurance (your choice of Kaiser plan options) 401k with company match, paid holidays, sick time and paid time off.
This role requires successful completion of a drug test and background check prior to start date, after accepting the offer.
