Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication with field personnel and with office staff
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to the office
  • Develop or implement policies, standards, and procedures for work
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change; manage the process of innovative change effectively
  • Communicate relevant project information to appropriate parties, resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Provide professional guidance to assist coworkers in career and leadership development
  • Team management: utilize team members to fullest potential, encourage collaboration, mitigate conflict, foster positive communication, acknowledgement and appreciation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualification:

  • Prior field experience of over 5 years
  • Journeyman license required
  • Pleasant and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Efficient and well organized
  • Proficiency with calendar systems
  • Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
