IMPACT:

We're looking for a dynamic candidate that will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales. This position will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge driving robot solutions (e.g. ADAS testing, durability testing, misuse testing and more) to automotive manufacturers, testing facilities, and research institutions. The primary goal is to drive revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively showcasing the value and capabilities of our robot technology. A major responsibility of this position is to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for driving robots, aligned with company objectives and market trends and to identify target customers and establish plans to achieve sales targets and market share.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build Relationships with OEMs.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or field related.
  • Proven track record of 5-8 years in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or technology industry.
  • Previous experience selling complex technical products, preferably driving robots or related testing equipment.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong understanding of automotive testing processes, requirements, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage sales activities and track performance.
  • Willingness to travel as required (50%) to meet clients and attend industry events.
