Supervisory Responsibilities:  

  • None

Primary Function: 

  • The primary function of this role includes conducting onboarding calls with patients to ensure they understand how to set up and use their medical devices, such as blood pressure and heart rate monitors.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct onboarding calls with patients to guide them through the setup and usage of medical devices
  • Educate patients on the importance of monitoring their vital readings and how to interpret the results
  • Provide clear instructions and troubleshooting assistance to patients experiencing difficulties with device setup or usage
  • Document all interactions and patient responses accurately in the EHR
  • Conduct adherence calls with patients to ensure they are consistently monitoring their vital readings 
  • Identify barriers to adherence and work collaboratively with patients to develop strategies for overcoming them
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to communicate patient progress, concerns, and any necessary follow-up actions
  • Stay updated on new developments in medical devices and best practices for patient education and support
  • Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Maintain the Nsight culture of positivity
  • Other projects/duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Passionate about patient care, possessing the ability to relate with empathy and compassion. A passion for patient teaching is a must
  • Your own computer with a reliable, fast internet connection. Speed test is required during the interview


Education & Experience (Required/Preferred):

  • Active MA license preferred


Computer Skills: 

  • Moderate-Advanced
