Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a capital onboarding specialist located in Brickell, Miami, FL. The Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and processing capital into our range of private investment funds, ensuring a smooth and efficient investment process. The Specialist will help to build and manage the portal, manage investment documentation, and process payments, ACHs, and bank wires.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in the private investment field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail/data and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in investment portals, HubSpot, and/or other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Understanding the private investment industry is a plus.
