In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:
- Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members
- Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes
- Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
- Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
- Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window

PREREQUISITES Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredExperience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds.

Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location
