Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Associate to join our new location at Club Studio Long Beach. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and are always willing to learn more and strengthen your skills to deliver the best service and results. 

About You: You are an energetic, results-driven individual with a friendly demeanor and exceptional communication skills. You have a keen eye for detail, solid computer skills, and a genuine passion for the aesthetic industry. As the first point of contact at our spa, you play a crucial role in shaping our clients' experiences. Punctuality, a positive attitude, and teamwork are key attributes for this role. Experience in a medspa or spa setting is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Clients: Warmly greet clients, handle appointment scheduling and rebooking, and manage all front office tasks efficiently.
  • Membership Sales: Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and explain the benefits of membership packages. Process membership applications, handle transactions, and ensure accurate documentation of membership agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members. Conduct follow-up calls with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.
  • Communication: Provide detailed information on medical spa services, treatments, and membership benefits to prospective members. 
  • Customer Service: Address member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Information Management: Accurately input and update client information in our system. Confirm and update details with each visit.
  • Minimize Waiting Times: Monitor and manage the appointment schedule to ensure minimal wait times. Keep clients informed of any delays, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between vendors, representatives, and the manager.
  • Maintenance: Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Proven ability to follow processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
  • Proficient with Mac computers and applications; familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus
  • Friendly, upbeat, and honest demeanor
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and excel in a busy setting
