Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager/Legal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure a smooth functioning and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities:

*Manage the staff by ensuring assigned tasks are done accurately and on-time.

*Handle some accounting activities such as invoicing, accounts payable, payment disbursements in QuickBooks, distribution of payment demands to debtors, and handling court filings prepared by attorneys.

*Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including managing court calendars for attorneys.

Required Skills:

*Proficient in file management and organization

*Strong office management skills including staff and task management

*Knowledge of QuickBooks for accounting tasks

*Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks daily

*Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Salary is dependant upon qualifications and experience.
