Homesteaders has an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic Marketing team The Marketing Department Coordinator is at the heart of our marketing team, serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping manage projects and workflow and inspiring an atmosphere of collaboration and positivity within the team. Responsibilities include handling request intake, assessing resource needs and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient project execution.


This role is often the first point of contact for departmental work requests and inquiries, facilitating smooth communication between team members and stakeholders. Keen organizational and communication skills will be essential in managing administrative tasks such as invoice management and print ordering, ensuring the seamless functioning of day-to-day operations within the department.


An upbeat and self-directed personality and the ability to foster positive relationships and communicate effectively will be key in coordinating marketing efforts with internal and external stakeholders. Top of FormBottom of Form

Requirements:

· Two- or four-year degree in marketing, communications, journalism, PR, business, business administration or other related field.

· Two or more years’ professional experience, preferably in a marketing or sales environment. Preference given to candidates with demonstrated project management experience.

· Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate professionally via email and phone.

· Demonstrated understanding of and/or proficiency with the following applications and utilities:

o Microsoft Office products (Exchange/Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge)

o SQL reporting experience preferred

o Cloud-based project management (Monday.com preferred)
