Description

Basic Description: The Marketing Coordinator will help manage the marketing pipeline. The ideal candidate is a team player who can coordinate in many areas, including project coordination, delegating of tasks, communicating, and collaborating with other departments, and presenting to referral partners and loan officers. The Marketing Coordinator will keep status and update notes in our project management software and assist with coordination of onboarding days for new hires and corporate events.

Responsibilities

Managing and streamlining company marketing processes and procedures.

Update master contact databases in conjunction with other coordinators.

Contribute to state audits and work with compliance to approve marketing materials.

Coordinate one-on-one marketing meetings with loan officers and referral partners.

Respond to incoming project requests and maintain status updates throughout the project.

Collaborate with graphic designers on marketing requests.

Edit existing graphic design templates as needed.

Assist with coordinating corporate, loan officer and regional events.

Maintain open communication throughout the entire process with Flat Branch operations, area managers and the marketing team members.

Support sales teams with print, digital and social marketing strategy.

Create and update contacts, content and deployments in our CRM.

Manage and track invoicing in collaboration with other coordinators.

Any other tasks and projects that are assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in Marketing or related field(s), or college degree equivalent preferred.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Independent work style yet comfortable collaborating with others.

Strong project management skills, time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Enjoys a diversity of tasks, and projects.

Takes pride and ownership in the work produced.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a broad range of employee segments across the company, including senior leadership.

Creative problem-solving skills and initiative with attention to detail.

Handles constructive criticism from clients and team.

Position is full time, benefit eligible (Health Insurance after 30 days, 401k after 90 days), paid holidays, 10 vacation and 5 personal days per year. Pay is based on experience.
