Job Description:

Our client is a tech focused Venture Capital firm seeking a Talent Coordinator to assist in the administrative, and talent aspects of the HR department. This role focuses on onboarding, sourcing, and recruiting talent to the firm. This role provides an opportunity to work with the HR department and the opportunity to work in a comprehensive role supporting in an HR, administrative, and event planning function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, conference calls, book appointments and conference rooms for the HR professionals
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for the team
  • Process expense reports for team members as well as submit invoices
  • Assist in campus recruiting for the firm
  • Liaise between drug and background check vendors
  • Maintain inventory office supplies and kitchen
  • Post open role to job boards
  • Act as point of contact between hiring managers and recruiting firms
  • Have a high sense of discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Act as point of contact for employee relations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with HR exposure
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to build relationships with vendors, clients, and brokers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Superior time management skills
