Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and improving GlobalData's talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will involve providing essential administrative assistance to our HR team, including but not limited to managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), reporting, scheduling interviews, and liaising between hiring managers & candidates. We value familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in screening resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.

- Proactively reach out to passive candidates to join our various sales teams.

- Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared.

- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all candidates.

- Provide reporting details on candidate pipeline.

- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and HR team, providing updates on the status of candidates and the overall recruitment process.

- Become familiar with GlobalData's vertical areas, scope and business goals to share with prospective candidates.

Requirements and Skills:

- 1-2 years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator,HR Assistant or similar role.

- Drive to find and connect with the best talent.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
