Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing comprehensive solutions.
Policies Management: Oversee and manage personal lines policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage options to safeguard their assets.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with claims processes, offering support and guidance during challenging times.
Policy Renewals: Proactively review policies and make recommendations for updates or changes to better serve clients' evolving needs.
Client Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
Requirements
Licensing: Possession of an Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance account management or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to analyze policy details and provide accurate information to clients.
Client-Focused: Dedication to meeting and exceeding clients' expectations through proactive service and support.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
