Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and delivering comprehensive solutions.
Policy Management: Supervise and manage personal lines policies, ensuring precision and efficiency in all transactions.
Risk Evaluation: Assess clients' risk profiles and suggest suitable coverage options to protect their assets.
Claims Support: Provide assistance to clients during the claims process, offering guidance and support during difficult times.
Policy Renewals: Regularly review policies and recommend updates or modifications to better accommodate clients' changing needs.
Client Communication: Keep open lines of communication with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns while providing ongoing support.
Qualifications
Licensing: Must possess an Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze policy details and deliver accurate information to clients.
Client-Centric: Commitment to meeting and exceeding clients' expectations through proactive service and support.
Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
