We're Hiring

Barbasol (Perio, Inc.) has an immediate need for a full-time Senior Accountant to track and report our financial activity accurately and efficiently.

You will apply your accounting and financial expertise to:
  • Maintain, produce, and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and accounting records with an emphasis on outbound freight and company health insurance accounts.
  • Manage Accounts Receivables processes such as new customer set-ups and customer credit limit review/approvals, and directly supervise/manage our Accounts Receivable Manager.
  • Provide comprehensive reviews of profitability by customer to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage fixed asset listings, capital expenditure tracking/reporting, and capital expenditure policies.
  • Analyze, perform, and review accrual calculations for key line items on Perio, Inc. financial statements.
  • Independently perform all required month-end close processes for Perio, Inc. books.

Requirements

If you're inspired by what you've read so far, please submit your application demonstrating the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field of study
  • Demonstrated success in financial accounting as typically acquired by 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and ERP systems
Work Environment:
  • This job function is primarily performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Requires "Sedentary Work" and involves sitting most of the time.
  • Communicates orally and electronically with co-workers, clients, and vendors. Must be able to maintain professionalism and composure during all conversations.
