We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Assistant to support our customer service team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure efficient operations and provide excellent service to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and is looking to start or advance their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Update and maintain customer records in our database.
  • Support the customer service team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports and tracking customer service metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
