Job Overview: As an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll assist with inquiries, provide information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

•Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
•Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling complaints.
•Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
•Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
•Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
•Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, chat, and data entry.
•Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
