The Role

The Client Representative is expected to represent 7C Agency’s established clients daily. Each Client Account Representative is expected to provide outstanding customer service within local retailers to their customers with a positive persona and strong interpersonal skills. Client Representatives are expected to be knowledgeable of product information and keep current with changes in the industry. Furthermore, Client Representatives are expected to promote clients within local retailers and assist these clients with acquiring new customers. Within new customer acquisition, sales representatives will complete basic paperwork, record customer information, contact additional channels to input the necessary information, and complete the sales transaction.

Requirements

The Client Representative must have solid interpersonal skills and customer service experience. Furthermore, a 2 – 4 year degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, Business Administration, or other related fields is preferred, but not required.
