Also, because we only promote from within and promotions are 100% merit-based, we offer a fast track to business management. Someone in the Entry Level Sales Team Lead role would be working and need to be comfortable working face to face with our customers to build strong relationships.

 

Entry-Level Training For The Entry Level Sales Team Lead Will Include:

  • Growth evaluation of clients' internal revenue
  • Overseeing compliance of personnel
  • Managing corporate trips
  • Company budgets
  • Running board meetings
  • Overseeing projects and project statistics
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
 

Entry Level Sales Team Lead Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Marketing experience or internship preferred
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
