General Summary

A project manager is a person who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Has experience leading cross-functional teams to plan, build, launch and manage multiple projects ranging from $100K to $5 Million Plus within specifications and budget restrictions. Blend technology skills with extensive Prioritize and manage all aspects of execution for Oil & Gas metering Technologies. Responsible in knowing all product lines that CAM offers: Provers, LACT Units, Gas Metering, Truck Loading Units, Strainers, ASME Tanks / Vessels, Sampling Systems and Automation Controls. Design and installation, Engineering, verification/calibration testing, commissioning and operation.


Education, Experience & Certifications

SKILL SET

5 years of general and 1-2 years of project management experience in the Oil and Gas Fabrication; however, Production Management, Procurement, and Designing background will also be considered in lieu of 1-2 years PM experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning and Defining Overall Scope for Fabrication, Assembly, and Electrical Installation.
  • Review drawings and specifications of the project and provided technical direction for fabrication
  • Issuing drawings and verifying BOM per the drawings.
  • Activity Planning and Sequencing
  • Able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Helping Project Scheduler in developing Schedules and Time Estimation
  • Maintaining Hours per what is budget and forecasting if we are to exceed hours with initial recovery plan
  • Maintaining budgeted costs and tracking project cost changes
  • Managing Risks and Issues
  • Graphical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Able to organize and prioritize work, while managing the time of self and others
  • Providing required documentation to client for information or review.
