- Provide support in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement

- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process

- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Assist with strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development and succession planning

- Conduct employee evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans

- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance

- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

- Assist with payroll processing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives

- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational skills / time management
  • Strong attention to details is required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and TMS
