Position Summary:

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing cohesive marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role involves creating integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, and driving overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
  • Ensure consistency and synergy across all marketing channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns; track performance and optimize based on results.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce engaging and relevant marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; generate insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget; ensure efficient allocation of resources and track expenditures.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing campaign performance and ROI to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; 5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM systems); strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
