Prosperity is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) for its Integration Management Office (IMO). Reporting to the Head of IMO, you will be planning, advising and executing efforts across all insurance functions, forming a high-performing insurance organization.

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who is looking to make an immediate impact, have outstanding exposure, and contribute from their knowledge and expertise across all aspects of the business.

About the Role

As the AVP in the Integration Management Office, you will work directly with the IMO Lead and Senior Leaders of Prosperity to strategize, plan, and execute a complex integration. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage large-scale, cross-functional business process and system integrations and related transformations.
  • Coordinate and monitor progress against project milestones to ensure objectives are met within specified timeframes while managing to budget.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including functional owners of workstreams, owning a centralized role for alignment in broader program objectives.
  • Track key project metrics and Interface with the Executive team to provide regular cadenced reporting.
  • Identify, raise and document key risks, issues, and dependencies and drive their resolution (or escalate to IMO Lead).
  • Lead a small team of project managers to ensure day-to-day activities are achieved.
  • Define, drive and track business outcomes of the integration, from financial to operational targets .
  • Manage expectations related to scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
  • Leverage data driven insights to identify opportunities for an optimal end state operating model.


Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Functional experience in Life & Annuities and related transformation. Operations and Information Technology, and/or Finance transformation experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects with cross-functional or multi-organizational teams.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to liaise and influence a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and executive management.
  • M&A Experience preferred.
  • Change management experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel based on business need (expected at 33% of time).
  • Location preference: Austin, TX, but other locations could be considered.
