What your impact will be:

As a QA Analyst, you will collaborate with software developers and business stakeholders to ensure that software improvements are meeting business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software meets requirements and is free of defects
  • Identify and report defects and issues to the development team
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that software meets quality standards
  • Keep up-to-date with new testing tools and technologies
  • Participate in functional reviews and provide feedback to developers
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand and document their testing needs
  • Help the team drive change in their own processes and for the organization

Qualifications:


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence to own the QA process and adapt it to the team

Extras that will make you stand out:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
  • Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Experience in software support, specifically Payroll, CRM applications
  • Understanding of software development and testing methodologies
  • Understanding of databases and experience writing SQL queries
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Having used our toolset: Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, SQL Server
