Primary Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and uphold quality targets in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Articulate quality principles and benchmarks to essential personnel
  • Design and supervise inspection, testing, and evaluation protocols
  • Examine data from quality assurance initiatives to ensure alignment with established policies
  • Engage collaboratively with diverse departments within the organization
  • Oversee customer return material authorizations and their resolutions
  • Investigate and address customer feedback regarding quality issues
Required Qualifications:

Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 1-3 years of relevant experience or training is necessary. Experience within the automotive sector is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, IMDS, and SAP is required.

Certifications: Certification as an Internal Auditor is preferred.
