Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Position Details:
JM Hunter Group is looking to fill a position as an Inside Sales Representative with experience in building materials. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong customer service skills by maintaining existing and new customer relationships. Communication is a large part of the position, the candidate must posses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong math and computer skills.

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years with proven track record in inside sales, preferably within building material distribution.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting new accounts and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.
Job Duties: (Including but not limited to)
- Sales: Sell building materials to customers from service counter. Source special order items for contractors. Ensure all sales orders are complete and accurate. Process and report cash payments.
- Customer Service: Advise customers on inventory levels and pricing. Answer phones and direct calls. Schedule deliveries and answer any questions regarding deliveries.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services. Advise customers on the range of products and services offered tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing customer base through prospecting and sales account development. This includes regular follow-ups with clients and problem-solving skills.
