Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing in a timely and professional manner.Policy Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of client policies to ensure coverage meets their evolving needs.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for compliance purposes.Renewals: Facilitate the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring a seamless transition.Client Satisfaction: Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to our clients.


Requirements

Licensing: A valid North Carolina Property & Casualty and Life and Health license is required.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on professionalism and empathy.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling client information and policy details.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support a positive work environment.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs effectively.
