Company Description
A leading provider of waste heat recovery equipment with over fifty years of experience in the industry. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we design and manufacture innovative solutions to help businesses increase efficiency.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, preferably with specific experience in waste heat recovery or similar fields. A proven track record in meeting substantial sales quotas and extensive CRM software experience are essential for this position. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth and leadership in our sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets established by management
  • Manage and enhance existing and new customer relationships through effective use of CRM tools
  • Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to prospective customers
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a preference for those with a background in industrial manufacturing sales or waste heat recovery
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
